Using the Rooke Dashboard
The dashboard is the recommended way to configure Rooke. Changes here update the same live settings used by the bot.Select your server
Use the server selector at the top. Only servers you own or can manage are shown.
Check setup health
Fix missing permissions and deleted channels first. This prevents the most common setup failures.
Choose only what you need
Optional protections and engagement features stay off until you enable them. Safe role restoration remains on unless disabled.
Publish interactive tools
Ticket panels, role menus, giveaways, suggestions, and verification buttons can be managed directly from the dashboard.
Common questions
Why can’t Rooke see a channel?
Rooke’s role may not have View Channel or Send Messages in that channel. Check Setup Health, then review the channel’s permission overrides.
Why can’t Rooke assign a role?
Discord only allows Rooke to manage roles beneath its highest role. Move the Rooke role higher in Server Settings → Roles.
Does AutoMod block Discord invites automatically?
No. Invite blocking, outside-link blocking, banned words, spam rules, and punishments are all optional. Enable only what your server needs.
How do warning punishments work?
Open Moderation, add an exact warning threshold, and choose timeout, kick, or ban. Rooke only records punishments that actually succeed.
Can I customize raid protection?
Yes. Raid detection is off by default. If enabled, you can alert staff, timeout recent joins, or temporarily lock eligible public text channels.
What does Community Studio include?
Create interactive giveaways, review member suggestions, build custom prefix commands and autoresponders, schedule recurring announcements, and publish optional verification buttons.
Are Plus features protected?
Yes. The dashboard checks the server’s active Discord entitlement before saving premium styles, advanced ticket tools, larger community limits, and anonymous suggestions.
Can I still use Discord commands?
Yes. Dashboard and Discord configuration use the same database. /setup quickstart remains available as a fallback.
